TWO-STEP ELECTRODE DRIVE

The welding machine is equipped with two-step
electrode drive. Using the mechanical foot
pedal, the operator clamps the material at the
first stage. As his hands are free he is able to
position and adjust the material. At the second
stage the material is pressed by pneumatic
drive, providing constant force and welding time
to achieve high quality and strength seam.

HARPOON FIXING ARRANGEMENT

Special mechanical harpoon clamp (unlike hand feeding) provides its opening up and locking up during the welding thus increasing the performance of operation and quality of the welding
more than double.

OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY

Quick change of harpoon/seam modes (by replacing of tools and re-installation of weld electrodes) allows using one machine for two
process steps of stretch ceiling production
which is important in the case of small factories.

ACCURACY OF ADJUSTMENT AND CONTROL

Time relay allows to set the required welding time and press time, to do welding in preset mode. The machine is quickly adapted to the pvc sheet thickness and harpoon type by changing
current intensity and load pressure.

SAFETY

The welding machine is equipped with three
main protection systems.
High voltage supply automatic lockout system
protects an operator from possible electromagnetic
radiation and high-voltage electric
shock. Flashover or over-current protection
automatically blocks the machine preventing
possible damage.
Overheating protection (airflow sensor)
increases the lifetime of the generator lamp.
LED indicators on the control panel give the
signal in case of safety systems actuation.

HARPOON HEATING AND FEEDING BOX

Harpoon heating and feeding is an essential
stage of manufacturing of stretch ceilings.
These operations are usually done with the
help of various improvised devices.
Premium set of Sarwelt 5.1 is equipped with a
special box for harpoon heating and feeding,
which significantly increases the efficiency of
the operation and the production as well.

Required thermal mode are set and
maintained with a transistorized heating
element and a temperature sensor.

The harpoon feeding device uses bobbins and spooling up to 350mm, thus minimizing wastage, prevents harpoon kinks etc. Using adjustable screws, the pins of the spool can
be easily adapted to harpoon bobbin of any size without additional winding.
